The apartment is located within an 1884 brick building on Wills Street, originally used by the Victorian Telephone Exchange Company as Victoria's second telephone exchange from 1884 to 1910, after outgrowing their first exchange.

Recently refurnished with brand new floor boards, paint and kitchen appliances, you may watch the world go by through the heritage sash windows within the comfort offered by the apartment itself.
