Call us using the details listed in the Property Guide within each property
What happens if I lose the keys?
You will be charged the replacement cost of the keys, remotes and access swipes which may sometimes cost up to $100 to replace. Please try not to lose them
What time is check in and check out?
Our standard check-in time is typically 3pm to 6pm, we will contact you to arrange the specific time with you
Our standard check-out time is 10am
What do I do with the keys when I check out?
We will inform you what to do with the keys when we introduce you to your apartment upon arrival
Is early check-ins and late check-outs possible?
We will try our best to accommodate your check-in and check-out preference outside of our standard times, but only subject to availability. Please let us know and we will confirm this with you
Who do I call in the case of an emergency?
In the case of an emergency requiring Police, Ambulance or Fire-brigade you should always dial 000 and seek relevant assistance
